1. Product Guarantee

CinemaHub products include:

• 30-day money-back guarantee: Full refund if you're not satisfied, no questions asked. We pay return shipping.
• 1-year manufacturer warranty: Covers defects in materials and workmanship.
• 2-year EU legal guarantee: Required protection under EU consumer law for all electronics.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship to the Netherlands only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
• Delivery typically within 3–5 business days.
• Tracking information provided by email.

3. Right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer law you have a statutory right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. CinemaHub voluntarily extends this to 30 days, and we pay the return shipping. To withdraw, email info@cinemahub.info before the period ends. We refund within 14 days of receiving the product back, using the same payment method you paid with.

4. Returns

• Within 30 days of delivery, return your projector for a full refund.
• We pay return shipping — no questions asked.
• Product must be in resellable condition (original packaging preferred).

5. Warranty Claims

If your projector fails within the warranty period, contact info@cinemahub.info with a photo and description of the issue. We'll arrange repair or replacement.

6. Product Limitations

• Dark room projector: Designed for dim or dark environments. Performance degrades in bright sunlight or well-lit rooms.
• No battery: Requires mains power (65W adapter included).
• Remote batteries not included: Requires 2 × AAA batteries (not included).

7. Limitation of Liability

CinemaHub is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU or Dutch law.

8. Pricing

All prices shown are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping within the Netherlands is free; no additional charges are added at checkout.
